How do I use paths and clipping paths in PhotoAIA?

Draw with any pen tool, save the work path from the Paths panel, then convert it to a selection, use it as the document clipping path, or export it as SVG.

Paths panel

• Save the current work path under a name so it persists in the document.
• Convert a path to a selection, or turn a selection into a path.
• Assign a clipping path for print workflows that expect one.

SVG export modes

• Artwork — vector shapes and text, with raster runs embedded as PNG.
• Paths — standalone path geometry only.
• Artwork + Paths — both, paths above the artwork.
• Clipped — wraps the artwork in the document clipping path.
